Digital Learning Platforms

During your studies, you may be asked to use and/or access an online or digital learning platform. Listed alphabetically, here’s a run-down of online platforms and tools used at UAL:

LinkedIn Learning

UAL subscribes to the online platform LinkedIn Learning, which offers video courses in business, creative, and technical skills. With content for all levels, it features courses taught by industry experts, allowing users to learn comprehensive topics or quick skills at their own pace. You don’t need to have a LinkedIn account, simply click the link below and sign in with your UAL email and password.

Mentimeter

Mentimeter is a live, interactive presentation tool that lets students use their phones or devices to answer questions, vote on polls, and participate in quizzes in real-time. It fosters engagement by transforming passive lectures into dynamic, participatory sessions, as it allows for immediate feedback and discussion based on collective student input. To use it, the teacher shares a unique code and a web address (like menti.com), which students access on their devices to answer prompts displayed on the main screen.

Miro
